Mr. Correa do Lago was an alternate member of the Company's Board of Directors from April 1988 to April 2004, when he was elected member of the board. He has been a Director of companies in the Lorentzen Group since 1988. He also held office as Capital Markets Director of the Central Bank of Brazil from 1987 to 1988 and has been a professor of the Department of Economics of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC) since 1979.
