Luc Vandevelde
Overview
Luc Vandevelde, aged 57, joined the Board in September 2003 and is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nominations and Governance Committee. He is a director of Societe Generale. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Change Capital Partners LLP, a private equity fund. Luc was formerly Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Carrefour SA, Chairman of Marks & Spencer Group Plc and Chief Executive Officer of Promodes, and he has held senior European and international roles with Kraft General Foods.
