Ms. Riefler has been the Chief Talent Officer of Morgan Stanley since 2006 and is a member of Morgan Stanley's Management Committee. Ms. Riefler joined Morgan Stanley in 1987 and was elected a Managing Director in 1998. Ms. Riefler holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
