Overview
Lawrence Ricciardi, Born August 14, 1940. A US national, appointed a Non-executive Director of Royal Dutch Shell in October 2004. He was appointed a member of the Royal Dutch supervisory board in 2001 and was a Board member of Royal Dutch until the merger of the company on December 21, 2005. Previously he was President of RJR Nabisco, Inc. and subsequently Senior Vice-President and General Counsel of IBM. He is Senior Advisor to the IBM Corporation as well as to Jones Day and to Lazard Freres & Co and Trustee of the Andrew W. Mellon Foundation and the Pierpoint Morgan Library.
