Mr. Pollock has served as the non-executive Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company since July 2006 and as Managing Partner of Lucky Stars Partners LLC, an investment firm, since October 2004. Mr. Pollock served as President of Cole National Corporation, which operates retail vision and gift stores, from January 2000 and as Chief Executive Officer from June 2003 until the company was sold to Luxottica Group SpA in October 2004. From September 1998 until June 1999, Mr. Pollock served as President and Chief Executive Officer of HomePlace, Inc., a chain of home furnishings and housewares superstores, which he joined in January 1997 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. From 1994 until 1996, he served as the President, Chief Operating Officer and a director of Zale Corporation, a jewelry retailer. Mr. Pollock has served as a director of the Company since August 1995.
