Lawrence D. McClure

Overview

Mr. McClure joined the Company in 2000 as Senior Vice President - Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. McClure served as Vice President, Human Resources of Dexter Corporation, a specialty materials company, from 1995. Mr. Lawrence D. McClure will step down from his position as Senior Vice President, Human Resources upon identification of his successor, expected to be on or about July 1, 2008. Thereafter, Mr. McClure will remain employed by the Company until his retirement, which is expected to occur in December 2008.
