Overview
Laurine M. Garrity was appointed chief marketing officer in December 2005. In this role, she oversees the Company's marketing strategy including television, print and online advertising, brand management, client marketing and database management and acquisition. Previously, Ms. Garrity led the Company's marketing program development group. Ms. Garrity has over 23 years of marketing experience, including 16 years in the financial services industry. Ms. Garrity served as executive vice president in the marketing division of the Dreyfus Corporation in New York from 2002 until joining the Company, senior vice president and director of marketing at Founders Asset Management LLC in Denver from 1995 through 2001 and as a marketing manager with INVESCO Funds Group in Denver. Prior to entering the financial services industry, she held media planning and account management positions at leading advertising agencies in Denver and New York. Ms. Garrity is a graduate of Barnard College, Columbia University in New York.
