Larry L. Prince is Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Board of Genuine Parts Company, a service organization engaged in the distribution of automotive replacement parts, industrial replacement parts and office products. Until April 2005, Mr. Prince was Chairman of the Board and until August 2004, he was also Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Genuine Parts Company.
