Lainie Goldstein, age 40, became Chief Financial Officer of the Company in June 2007 and prior thereto served as the Company's Senior Vice President of Finance since November 2003. Prior to joining the Company in November 2003, Ms. Goldstein spent seven years in various finance positions with Nautica Enterprises, an apparel company, most recently as Vice President, Finance and Business Development.
