Kevin Mansell

Overview

Kevin Mansell, the Company's President since February 1999. Mr. Mansell served as Executive Vice President-General Merchandise Manager from 1987 to 1998. He joined us in 1982. On August 21, 2008, the Company issued a press release reporting the promotion of Kevin Mansell to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer and will continue to serve on the Board of Directors, effective immediately. As president and chief executive officer, Mansell will be responsible for the development and execution of strategic initiatives, day to day operations, and Kohl"s long term growth plan. In addition to his current management responsibilities for Product Development, Logistics/Store Planning, Merchandise Planning, Information Systems, Ecommerce, Marketing and Business Development, he will also manage Finance and Store Operations.
