Mrs. Anderson joined the Company on September 1, 2000 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. She was named interim Chief Executive Officer and President on April 17, 2006 and Chief Executive Officer and President on November 9, 2006. Prior to joining the Company, Mrs. Anderson had held the titles of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of M/I Schottenstein Homes, Inc. since 1987. She was also Secretary of M/I Schottenstein Homes, Inc. from 1987 to 1994 and Assistant Secretary from 1994 until she joined the Company.
