Kenneth M. deRegt
Overview
Mr. deRegt re-joined Morgan Stanley as a Managing Director in the Office of the Chairman as of February 2008 and is a member of Morgan Stanley's Management Committee. In this role, he is involved in strategic oversight of Morgan Stanley's risk profile and function, and works with senior management on strategy and internal controls. Previously, Mr. deRegt had been a Managing Director for Aetos Capital, LLC, an investment management firm, from 2002 to 2008. Prior to joining Aetos Capital, Mr. deRegt was a private investor from 2000 until 2002. Mr. deRegt worked for Morgan Stanley from 1981 to 2000, most recently as the head of its Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities divisions and a member of Morgan Stanley's Management Committee. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. deRegt worked for Bank of America from 1977 to 1981. Mr. deRegt holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Stanford University.
