Ms. Koplovitz, 62, was elected a Director of the Company in 1992. Effective January 1, 2007, Ms. Koplovitz became Chairman of the Board. She is currently a principal of Koplovitz & Co. LLC., a media investment firm. Ms. Koplovitz is the founder of USA Network, an international cable television programming company, which included Sci-Fi Channel, and USA Networks International, and served as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1977 to 1998. In 2001, Ms. Koplovitz established Boldcap Ventures, a venture capital fund of which she is a governing board member. Ms. Koplovitz serves on the boards of a number of not-for-profit organizations, including the Central Park Conservancy, the Paley Center for Media, Springboard Enterprises and The Tennis Hall of Fame.
