Karin Hirtler-Garvey, 51, has served as a director since August 2005 and was formerly Chief Operating Officer, Global Markets for Bank of America (formerly Nations Bank). Ms. Hirtler-Garvey joined Bank of America in September of 1995 and held various senior management positions within the organization until March of 2005.
