JUDITH A. SPRIESER, 53, is the former Chief Executive Officer of Transora, an information technology software and services company. Prior to founding Transora in 2000, she was Executive Vice President (formerly Chief Financial Officer) of Sara Lee Corporation. Ms. Sprieser is a director of Allstate Corporation, Intercontinentalexchange Inc., Reckitt-Benckiser PLC and Royal Ahold, N.V., and is a member of the Board of Trustee's of Northwestern University. Ms. Sprieser has been a director since February 1994. She is Chair of the Board's Finance Committee and is a member of its Audit, Compensation and Organization and Governance Committees.
