Judith A. Reinsdorf

Overview

Ms. Reinsdorf, age 44, has been our Executive Vice President and General Counsel since March 2007. From October 2004 to February 2007, Ms. Reinsdorf served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of C. R. Bard, Inc., a medical device company. Previously, she had served as Vice President and Corporate Secretary of Tyco from 2003 to 2004 and as Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Pharmacia Corporation from 2000 to 2003.
