Joseph L. Cowan

Overview

Joseph L. Cowan, 58, has served as a director since April 2007. Mr. Cowan was appointed as chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Interwoven Inc. in April 2007. He served as chief executive officer and a director of Manugistics Group, Inc. from July 2004 to July 2006. From November 2002 to December 2003, Mr. Cowan served as president and chief executive officer of EXE Technologies, Inc. From April 2001 to November 2002, he served as president and chief executive officer of Invensys Automation & Information Systems. From July 2000 to April 2001, Mr. Cowan served as president and chief executive officer, and from April 1998 to July 2000, as senior vice president, sales and marketing, of Wonderware, a business unit of Invensys plc. Mr. Cowan received a BS degree from Auburn University and a MS degree from Arizona State University.
