Mr. Montoya was the President of The Procter & Gamble Compan's Global Snacks & Beverage division, and President of Procter & Gamble Latin America, from 1999 until his retirement in 2004. Prior to that, he was an Executive Vice President of Procter & Gamble from 1995 to 1999. Mr. Montoya is a director of Gap, Inc. and Rohm & Haas Company. He is a member of the Compensation and Public Responsibilities Committees.
