Joost van der Does de Willebois

Overview

Mr. van der Does de Willebois has served as executive vice president since April 2007 and as acting chief financial officer since December 2007. Prior to joining Euronext in 2004, where he held the position of chief financial officer and was a member of the Management Board, Mr. van der Does de Willebois was executive director of ING Bank in the Netherlands, a position he held since March 2002. Prior to that, Mr. van der Does de Willebois held a number of directorships at ING Group beginning in 1998, including managing director of corporate strategy and communication, a position he held from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, since 1984, he also worked at Royal Dutch/ Shell plc, where he held various executive management positions in Rotterdam, Paris, Bordeaux and the French West Indies. On May 22, 2008, NYSE Euronext announced Mr. Joost van der Does de Willebois, current Acting Chief Financial Officer and currently a member of the NYSE Euronext Management Committee, will remain Head of the Amsterdam Market and will become Head of Corporate Communications effective June 16, 2008.
