Mr. Teo is a member of our board of directors and has been a member of Cosan's board of directors since 2005. He is a graduate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom. Currently, he serves as executive chairman of Kuok (Singapore) Limited, Pacific Carriers Limited, Kuok Oils & Grains Pte Ltd and Malaysian Bulk Carriers Berhad. Mr. Teo has more than 30 years of experience in the commodity and transportation sectors.
