Overview
Mr. Diamond has served as our Chairman of the Board since March 6, 2008 and was previously Chief Executive Officer of the Company and a director since September 2003. From January 2003 to August 2006, he served as the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and currently serves as a director of ALJ Regional Holdings, Inc., formerly YouthStream Media Networks, Inc., a publicly-traded company (ALJJ. PK). He was the co-founder of N2K, Inc. and served as its Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer through its 1999 merger with CDnow, Inc., an e-commerce company. He continued to serve as Chairman of the combined company until its sale to Bertelsmann Music Group in August 2000. Mr. Diamond was a co-founder of GRP Records, an independent music label acquired by MCA in 1990. Mr. Diamond received a M.B.A. from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in Economics and Music from the University of Michigan Honors College.
