John T. Dillon
Overview
Mr. Dillon, age 68, has served as a Kellogg Director since 2000. He is Vice Chairman of Evercore Capital Partners and a Senior Managing Director of that firm's investment activities and private equity business. He retired in October 2003 as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of International Paper Company, a position he held since 1996, and retired as Chairman of the Business Roundtable in June 2003. He is a director of the following public companies: Caterpillar Inc. and E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company. He is also a director of the following privately-held companies: Vertis, Inc. and Specialty Products & Insulation Co.
