John P. Morgridge

Overview

Mr. Morgridge, 72, joined Cisco as President and Chief Executive Officer and was elected to the Board of Directors in October 1988. Mr. Morgridge became Chairman of the Board on January 31, 1995, upon his retirement from the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Cisco. Mr. Morgridge intends to serve on the Board of Directors through the date of the 2006 annual meeting and effective at such time he will become Chairman Emeritus.
