Overview
John A. Kelly has served as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of our company since February 2004. Mr. Kelly served as Vice President " Finance and Chief Financial Officer of our wholly owned subsidiary, Smith & Wesson Corp., from August 1994 until February 2004. From October 1984 to July 1994, Mr. Kelly served at Smith & Wesson Corp. in a variety of finance and accounting positions, including Accounting Manager and Director of Accounting. Effective July 1, 2008, the Company also named John A. Kelly, its former Chief Financial Officer, as its Vice President of Financial Planning and Control. Effective September 25, 2008, the Company announced that John A. Kelly, its former Treasurer, will remain in his role as its Vice President of Financial Planning and Control.
