Joel L. Fleishman

Overview

Mr. Fleishman, a director of the Company since January 1999, has been Professor of Law and Public Policy at the Terry Sanford Institute of Public Policy at Duke University since 1971 and the Director of the Samuel and Ronnie Heyman Center for Ethics, Public Policy and the Professions at Duke University since 1989. Mr. Fleishman is also a member of the Board of Directors, as well as Chairman of the Audit Committee, of Boston Scientific Corporation and the Board of Directors of James River Group, Inc., and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Urban Institute and Chairman of the Visiting Committee of the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
