Executive positions at The World Bank, an international economic development organization - 1978 to 1979 and 1981 to 1999, including Managing Director for Finance and Resource Mobilization - 1996 to 1998. Company Directorship: Ms. Einhorn is an Independent Director. She has been a Director of the Company since May 2005. Other Directorships: Ms. Einhorn serves as chair of the global advisory board of J.E. Robert Companies. She is also a trustee for the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and a director of the Peter G. Peterson Institute for International Economics, the Center for Global Development, and the National Bureau of Economic Research.
