JEFFREY W. UBBEN, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of ValueAct Capital (investment partnership) since 2000. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Ubben served as a managing partner at Blum Capital Partners (investment firm) and prior to that spent eight years at Fidelity Management and Research (investment firm) serving as a fund manager and research analyst. He became a director of Sara Lee in August 2008. Mr. Ubben also serves as a director of Acxiom Corporation, Gartner Group, Inc., Misys, plc and Omnicare, Inc. In addition, he serves as chairman of the national board of The Posse Foundation and is a board member of the American Conservatory Theater.
