Jeffrey T. Hinson

From 1997 to 2003, Mr. Hinson served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hispanic Broadcasting Corporation, which was acquired by Univision Communications in 2003 and became the radio division of Univision Communications. Mr. Hinson is a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of LiveNation and a director and a member of the Audit Committee of TiVo, Inc.
