Overview

Jeffrey A. Citron, age 37, was our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from January 2001 through February 2006. He resigned from his position as Chief Executive Officer and became our Chief Strategist in February 2006. On April 11, 2007, in connection with the resignation of Michael Snyder as our Chief Executive Officer, our board of directors appointed Mr. Citron as our Interim Chief Executive Officer. We expect to name a replacement for Mr. Citron prior to the end of the second quarter of 2008 and anticipate that Mr. Citron will maintain his role as our Chairman and Chief Strategist. In 1995, Mr. Citron founded The Island ECN, a computerized trading system designed to automate the order execution process. Mr. Citron became the Chairman and CEO of Datek Online Holdings Corp. in February 1998 and departed The Island ECN and Datek in October 1999. On July 29, 2008, Mr. Citron is stepping down as Interim Chief Executive Officer as of July 29, 2008 but will continue as Chairman of the Board. The Company has eliminated the position of Chief Strategist.
