Overview
Jean-Marc Huet will be appointed as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company, effective March 31, 2008. Mr. Huet, 38, was employed by Royal Numico N.V. as chief financial officer from 2003 until the company was acquired by Groupe Danone in 2007. Prior to joining Royal Numico, N.V., he was an Executive Director Investment Banking Services, at Goldman Sachs International based in London. He also spent several years at Clement Trading in Milan, Italy, as a commercial manager. Mr. Huet has a B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and an MBA from INSEAD.
