Overview
James P. Gorman has served as Director since November 2007 at the request of Morgan Stanley. Mr. Gorman has been President and Chief Operating Officer of Morgan Stanley's Global Wealth Management Group since 2006 and is a member of Morgan Stanley's Management Committee. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Gorman worked for Merrill Lynch from 1999 to 2005, most recently as the head of Merrill Lynch's global private client businesses. Mr. Gorman holds a Bachelor of Arts and law degree from the University of Melbourne and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.
