Mr. Kemp has served as Director of the Company since January 2006. Since 2003, Mr. Kemp has been the chairman of Kemp Partners, a strategic consulting firm he founded in July 2002. He has served as a director of Oracle Corporation since December 1996. Mr. Kemp also serves as a director of Hawk Corporation, CNL Hotels and Resorts, Inc. and InPhonic, Inc.
