J. Ralph Atkin, Principal Occupation: Attorney. Experience: Founder of the Company and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1972 to 1975, Chairman of the Company from 1972 to 1991, and Senior Vice President of the Company from 1984 to 1988. Mr. Atkin previously served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ghana , the national carrier of the Republic of Ghana, and Chief Executive Officer of Euro Sky, a company organized to explore the feasibility of a regional airline in Austria. From March 1991 to January 1993, Mr. Atkin was Director of Business and Economic Development for the State of Utah.
