President of Reinhard & Associates, a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., since 2006. He was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Dow Chemical Company, a manufacturer of chemicals, plastic materials, agricultural and other specialized products, Midland, Michigan, for more than five years until December 2005 and September 2005, respectively. He has been a director of the Company since 2001. He is also a director of Colgate Palmolive Co., The Dow Chemical Company and Royal Bank of Canada. Age 61.
