J. Bruce Flatt

Overview

Bruce Flatt became a director in October 2002 and served as Chairman of Brookfield Homes from October 2002 to May 2007. Since February 2002, Mr. Flatt has served as Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Asset Management Inc., prior to which he served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookfield Properties beginning in April 2000. Between August 1995 and April 2000, Mr. Flatt served as President and Chief Operating Officer of Brookfield Properties.
