I. Paul Kacir

Overview

I. Paul Kacir joined First Solar in October 2006 and is the Vice President, Corporate Secretary. Prior to joining First Solar, Mr. Kacir was a partner with the law firm of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in 2006. From 2000 to 2005, Mr. Kacir was general counsel for Creo Inc., a manufacturer of digital pre-press equipment. Before joining Creo, Mr. Kacir practiced with Lang Michener Lawrence & Shaw. Mr. Kacir holds a B.A. in economics from the University of Western Ontario, a L.L.B from the University of New Brunswick, and an M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia. Mr. Kacir joined First Solar in October 2006 as Vice President, General Counsel.
