Overview
Helen Pudlin, as senior vice president and general counsel, oversees all legal functions for PNC. She joined PNC, Philadelphia in 1989 from the law firm of Ballard, Spahr, Andrews & Ingersoll in Philadelphia, where she was a partner. Pudlin also served as a lecturer for several years at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Pudlin serves on the committees on Banking Law and Corporate General Counsel of the Business Law Section of the American Bar Association, the Litigation and Law Practice Management Sections of the American Bar Association, and the Lawyers Council of the Financial Services Roundtable. Pudlin received a bachelor of arts degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa, earned a masters degree there, and juris doctorate degree from that University's Law School.
