H. Paulett Eberhart
Overview
Since January 2007, Ms. Eberhart has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Invensys Process Systems, a process automation company. From 2003 until March 2004, Ms. Eberhart was President- Americas of Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS), an information technology and business process outsourcing company. From 2002 to 2003, she was Senior Vice President- EDS and President- Solutions Consulting. She was also a member of the Executive Operations Team and Investment Committee of EDS. Ms. Eberhart was an employee of EDS from 1978 to 2004. Ms. Eberhart is a member of the Financial Executives International and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Eberhart also serves on the Board of Directors of Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. and Solectron Corporation. Ms. Eberhart has been a director of the Company since 2004.
