Guillermo Luksic (51), has served as our Chairman of the Board and Director since September 1990 and November 1986, respectively. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quinenco S.A., CCU Chile Ltda., ECUSA, CCU Argentina S.A., Vina San Pedro S.A., Telefonica del Sur S.A. and Madeco S.A., as well as a member of the board of directors of several other companies, including Compania Pisquera de Chile S.A., Banco de Chile, Antofagasta plc. and IRSA.
