Overview

Gregory Barton, age 46, has served as our General Counsel and Secretary since October 2007. Prior to this, from 2002 to 2007, Mr. Barton served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Ziff Davis Media, Inc., and served as Executive Vice President, Licensing and Legal Affairs from 2004 to 2007. In March 2008, Ziff Davis Media agreed to restructure its debt and elected to file a voluntary Chapter 11 petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to Ziff Davis, Mr. Barton worked for four years as General Counsel and Secretary at Index Development Partners, where he also served as head of Business Development and as CFO, before becoming President of the company in 2001. Previously, he served as General Counsel for three years at Alliance Semiconductor Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Barton was at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher.
