Graham V. Smith

Overview

Mr. Smith, age 48, joined the Company in December of 2007 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Designate. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Smith served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Advent Software from January 2003 to December 2007. He also previously served as Chief Financial Officer of Vitria Technology, Nuance Communications, and worked at Oracle Corporation in various senior finance roles, most recently as Vice President of Finance for worldwide operations. Mr. Smith holds a B.Sc. from Bristol University in England and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. On March 6, 2008, the board of directors of the Company appointed Graham Smith as the Company's Chief Financial Officer, principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
