Gerald P. Belle
Overview
On November 15, 2007, the Board of Directors of Myriad Genetics, Inc. appointed Gerald P. Belle to the Board of Directors. From November 2004 to the present, Mr. Belle has served as Executive Chairman of Merial Ltd., a joint venture between sanofi-aventis and Merck. Mr. Belle served as President and Chief Executive Officer, North America Pharmaceuticals of Aventis, Inc. from 2000 to 2004, where he successfully managed the North American merger of Rhone-Poulenc S.A. and Hoechst AG. Mr. Belle earned a BSBA Marketing, cum laude from Xavier University and MBA from Northwestern University.
