Gerald A. Kien

Overview

Mr. Kien became a director in August 1995. He retired in 1995 from his positions as President and Chief Executive Officer of Remote Sensing Technologies, Inc., a subsidiary of Envirotest Systems, Inc., a company engaged in the development of instrumentation for vehicle emissions testing located in Tucson, Arizona. Mr. Kien has served as a director and as Chairman of the Executive Committee of Sun Electric Corporation since 1980 and as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sun Electric until retirement in 1993.
