Mr. Oliver, age 47, has been President of Tyco Safety Products since 2006 and, in addition, was named President of the Tyco Electrical & Metal Products businesses in March 2007. Prior to joining Tyco in 2006, Mr. Oliver served in operational roles of increasing responsibility at several General Electric divisions, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Water and Process Technologies.
