Colter, President of CRS Inc., a corporate restructuring and strategy management consulting company, since 2002, and, prior thereto, Vice Chairman of KPMG Canada (2000-2002), Global Managing Partner, Financial Advisory Services, of KPMG International (1998-2000) and Vice Chairman of KPMG Canada (1989-1998). Mr. Colter is a director of CIBC and Core-Mark Holding Company, Inc.
