G. Steven Burrill
Overview
G. Steven Burrill has been a member of the Board since August 2006. He also previously served as a member of the Board from August 2000 to August 2005. Since January 1994, he has been the chief executive officer of Burrill & Company LLC, a merchant bank that he founded. Prior to founding Burrill & Company LLC, Mr. Burrill spent 27 years with Ernst & Young LLP, including the last 17 as a partner of the firm. He is a member of the board of directors of the publicly-traded company DepoMed, Inc.
