Frank M. Lesher
Overview
Frank M. Lesher has served as a director since February 3, 2007 and currently serves on the Board's Succession Planning and Management Development Committee, as well as the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. In July 2004, Mr. Lesher retired from Sony Electronic, Inc., a subsidiary of Sony Corporation, a publicly held manufacturer of audio, video, communication, and information technology products, where he served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel & Secretary of the board, as well as chairing the corporation's environmental action, ethics and information privacy committees. Mr. Lesher brings more than 30 years of executive experience in legal, government, trade affairs and corporate safety to the Board.
