Frank Creer

Overview

Frank Creer, age 44, has been a member of the Company's Board of Directors since August 2000. Mr. Creer is a founder and Managing Director of Zone Ventures, an early stage venture capital fund founded in 1998. Mr. Creer was also a partner and founder of Wasatch Venture Fund, an early stage venture capital fund founded in 1994. He also worked for Bonneville Pacific Corp., a developer of co-generation power projects, where he developed both financial and economic feasibility studies for proposed power projects. In addition to DivX, Mr. Creer currently serves on the boards of directors of Akimbo Systems, a video content licensing company, eStyle, an online maternity and clothing retailer and Zkey, a software company. He also serves on the board of directors of the Lassonde New Business Development Center at the University of Utah. He received a B.A. in Finance from the University of Utah in 1991.
