Overview
Fabrizio Freda became President and Chief Operating Officer in March 2008. In this role, he oversees Clinique, Bobbi Brown, La Mer, Jo Malone, Darphin, Aveda, Bumble and bumble and the Aramis and Designer Fragrances Division. He is also responsible for the Company's International Division, as well as Global Operations, Research and Development, Packaging, Quality Assurance, Merchandise Design, Corporate Store Design and Retail Store Operations. From 2001 through 2007, Mr. Freda was President, Global Snacks, of The Procter & Gamble Company ('P&G'). Prior to that position, he spent about a decade in positions of increasing responsibility in P&G, including positions within P&G's Health and Beauty Care Division.
