Evelyn S. Dilsaver

Overview

Evelyn S. Dilsaver has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Charles Schwab Investment Management, Inc., and Executive Vice President of The Charles Schwab Corporation, since July 2004. Previously she served as Senior Vice President of the Asset Management Products and Services group of The Charles Schwab Corporation, from July 2003 to July 2004. From October 2000 to July 2003, she was Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and a member of the Management Committee of U.S. Trust Company, a subsidiary of The Charles Schwab Corporation. Ms. Dilsaver has been one of our directors since February 2007 and is a member of the Audit and Finance Committee and the Governance and Nominating Committee.
